(the'Company' or'Our' or'We',) software, websites, mobile applications and other software provided in connection with the online service. If you use our mobile applications and, more generally, use our all-app-inclusive service, please proceed carefully to the terms of use (this "Agreement") before using the service.

You agree to access or use these Terms. If you do not agree to some of the terms, you will not be able to access the service.

 

Subscriptions

Portions of the service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You are billed in advance repeatedly and periodically (“Billing Cycle”). The billing cycle is set on a monthly or annual basis depending on the type of subscription plan selected when purchasing the subscription.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel your subscription or cancel by us. You can cancel your subscription renewal through the online account management page.

 

 

Fee change

We may, in our sole discretion, modify the subscription fee for a Subscription at any time. Subscription fee changes are applied at the end of the current billing cycle.

We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any changes to your subscription fees to give you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before such changes take effect.

By continuing to use the service after the subscription fee change is in effect, you agree to pay the revised subscription fee amount.

 

 

 

Refund

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

 

 

 

Intellectual property

 

The service and original content, features and functionality are the exclusive property of us and its licensors and continue to be maintained.

Links to Other Websites Our Services may contain links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of third party websites or services.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Use of the service is your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any oral or written advice or information obtained by you through us or through the Services does not create warranties not expressly stated herein. Without being limited to the foregoing, we and our licensors do not guarantee that the content is accurate, reliable and accurate.

Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through your use of the Service is downloaded at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device or any data loss resulting from such downloads or your use of the Service. .
